About Kwazi
What is Kwazi?
Kwazi is a free WordPress plugin that brings a CRM, forms and online appointment booking together in one place. Everything runs inside your own WordPress website.
Who is Kwazi for?
Small businesses that work with clients and appointments: salons, practices, coaches, garages, agencies and many more. Kwazi uses general words like contact, service and team member, so it fits most industries.
What do I need to use Kwazi?
A WordPress website with WordPress 6.9 or newer and PHP 8.1 or newer.
Where is my data stored?
In your own WordPress database, on your own hosting.
Online booking
Can several team members take bookings?
Yes. Every team member has their own working hours and time off, and clients can choose who they book with.
Can clients cancel or move their appointment?
Yes. Every confirmation email has a personal link to cancel or move, within the time limit you set.
Do clients get a confirmation and a reminder?
Yes. Clients get a confirmation with a calendar file and a reminder email before the appointment. You choose per service whether bookings are confirmed straight away or approved first.
Can clients pay when they book?
Online payments with Mollie and Stripe are on the roadmap, as a free part of Kwazi.
CRM and forms
Does every form submission become a contact?
Yes. A submission creates a new contact or updates an existing one, and lands on that contact’s timeline. You choose per form how Kwazi handles new and existing contacts.
Can I import my existing contacts?
Yes. Upload a CSV file, check how the columns match, and Kwazi imports your contacts. You can export them again at any time.
Can I add my own fields?
Yes. Add fields such as text, dates, dropdowns, choices and checkboxes, and use them in your forms and contact files.
Does Kwazi work with other tools?
Yes. Kwazi has a free REST API, webhooks for events around contacts and appointments, and MCP access for AI assistants.

Is Kwazi really free?
Yes. Kwazi Free includes the CRM, forms and online booking, and stays free.
What are add-ons?
Add-ons are optional plugins with extra features for a specific need or industry. You can buy them separately or together in a package. See all add-ons.
